主要从事人工微结构材料的光场调控机理、计算电磁学和光场仿真软件研究。发展了本征模式展开降维计算理论,将光栅、超表面、频率选择表面、光子晶体等周期结构的光场仿真计算效率提高了1-2个数量级;发展了傅里叶空间/实空间混合计算的微纳器件光学系统仿真方法,突破了含微纳器件的混合尺度光学系统全波仿真计算瓶颈;提出了基于层间耦合的宽频带电磁透明方法,开展了型号应用研究。在Advanced Optical Materials,Applied Physics Letters,Optics Letters等杂志上发表SCI论文60余篇,申请国家发明专利20多项,他引2400余次,申请并获得了三项国家自然科学基金项目,作为项目负责人承担了多项国防科研项目。

人工微结构材料光场调控研究。具体包含三个方面:人工微结构光场调控机理、高效率电磁场仿真方法和自主可控的光场仿真和设计工业基础软件。
