黄秋实,同济大学物理科学与工程学院长聘教授、国家高层次青年人才,入选上海市曙光计划、上海市青年拔尖人才。长期从事极紫外与X射线薄膜器件及其在大科学装置和高端仪器装备中的应用研究。承担国家自然科学基金重点基金、国家重点研发计划等项目,以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications、Applied Physics Reviews、Laser & Photonics Reviews等期刊发表文章50余篇,获授权发明专利18项并实现成果转化。获中国仪器仪表学会技术发明奖一等奖(排名第二),相关工作入选2019年中国光学十大进展(应用研究类)。担任合肥同步辐射光源和上海软X射线自由电子激光装置用户专家委员会委员、中国材料研究学会极端条件材料与器件分会第二届委员会委员、国际X射线多层膜主流会议(PXRNMS)和国际X射线光学器件检测与制造会议(IWXM)程序委员会委员、中国激光杂志社第三届青年编委等。
