The road ahead is set, the journey of chasing light
I have been in the research group for just one year, during which I have actively carried out scientific research and study in various aspects. In the aspect of theoretical design, on the basis of grasping the basic knowledge and investigating the frontier knowledge, I studied the method of numerical simulation calculation, using Lumerical and Gallop software to carry out supersurface design. In March of this year, I published an academic article (Micromachines 2022,13(3) , 472) as an undergraduate in the journal Micromachines, which was reported by the wechat public account of the undergraduate college of Tongji University and the news network of Tongji University.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, I also actively carried out experimental skills and literacy training and training. In Jiang Tao's laboratory, I participated in the daily laboratory construction work, and followed my senior to learn the characterization methods of near-field and far-field testing (the picture is my result of confocal microscope light path construction training). Furthermore, I tried my best to learn electron beam lithography and the use of vacuum coating machines.
Actively participate in the academic report, making discussions with the teachers.
Give attention to study, I got undergraduate scholarship and excellent student title for several times. I’ve got the title of Shanghai excellent graduate, with my graduation thesis selected as school-level excellent graduation thesis. Organized and participated in two China International Internet PLUS National University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest, I won silver and Gold Awards on campus respectively. I was selected as undergraduate peer mentor and made a report. In the second competition, our team has been promoted to the Shanghai municipal level.
