The Institute of Precision Optical Engineering and Technology has built a high-level research platform by focusing on the world's scientific and technological frontier, the main economic battlefield, the major national needs, and the people's life and health, carrying out cross-cutting research on optics, micro and nano, instruments and artificial intelligence. It has made outstanding research achievements in four research directions: X-ray devices and systems, strong laser films and applications, optical nanometrology and measurement, micro and nano optics and intelligent sensing. It has become an important base for high-level personnel training and high-level scientific research.
