Confocal Scanning Optical Microscope

Introduction: The system built by our group mainly consists of a grating spectrometer, a green laser, a piezoelectric displacement stage, a CCD camera and related optical components. The whole system is very compact without losing flexibility, and can apply various excitation light sources and different detection methods. It can meet the research demands of high spatial-temporal resolution and high energy resolution for tiny scales such as two-dimensional materials, and can simultaneously obtain a variety of physical properties of substances for Raman, photoluminescence and nonlinear spectroscopic measurements.
