Introduction: The Stylus Profilers belongs to the contact surface topography measurement equipment. The topography of the structural surface is realized by probe pressure scanning, especially the measurement and characterization of height. With a step height measurement repeatability of < 0.5 nm, this staircase uses a unique high-speed direct-drive scanning stage to dramatically reduce the time between scans without sacrificing resolution and noise floor levels. This increases the speed of data acquisition by 40% without sacrificing scan quality and repeatability.
