He has been selected into Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program and Shanghai Leading Overseas Young Talent Program, and is mainly engaged in the research of computational imaging system design theory and application system. It undertakes scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation and interdisciplinary joint research (artificial intelligence). He has published more than 10 articles in authoritative journals and top conferences in Optica, ACM TOG, CVPR and other fields, and obtained 5 invention patents, including 2 U.S. patents.

It is committed to developing computational imaging systems that integrate optical hardware coding and deep learning software decoding, breaking the boundaries of traditional imaging systems in terms of function, performance and system simplification. His research interests include computational imaging theory and system design, deep learning algorithm and hardware implementation, intelligent sensing system integration and application, etc.
