Introduction: The self tracing grating is prepared by laser focused atomic deposition. The main working method is to heat up the metal chromium to eject a chromium atom beam from the atomic furnace, expand the laser beam to cool the atom beam, and finally deposit the chromium atom in a standing wave field to form a grating.
