Ma Bin, Deputy Director of the Department of Scientific Research Management, Professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Physical Science and Engineering, Tongji University. Won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education and the Gold Medal of China Patent; Member of the National Science and Technology Strategy Research working Group for 2035 of the Ministry of Science and Technology, evaluation expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation letter evaluation expert, Shanghai special project evaluation expert, etc.; Journal reviewers such as OE and OL. He presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 4 national science and technology major special pre-research projects, 2 major project leaders, and 2 National key research and development program second-level projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The total longitudinal research funding is more than 20 million yuan.
