Before the epidemic, we participated in the Shanghai and national rock climbing competitions. The unique rock climbing halls in various cities attracted us to experience the fantastic ideas of body movements. Organize the club officers to hold the school rock climbing competition and experience the "ballet on the rock".
For rock climbers, the way to progress is not only strength, but also their own control and coordination. We are linked with the Fitness Association to make mutual progress and synchronously improve our strength level and body coordination. After exercise, we must relax, relieve the tension of muscles by "stepping on legs" and other ways. Regular exercise life can bring us significant progress.
