Although the Minhang laboratory has been established recently, the environment is clean and tidy, with safety equipment, first aid kits and fire emergency boxes readily available. And the laboratory is fully equipped, including SEM, EBL, ALD, coating & etching machine as well as the construction of optical paths. After rigorous training, we can independently conduct experiments such as lithography and coating in the laboratory.
During the research and study, the seniors shared their past experiences and lessons. We actively discussed the plans and schemes of the experiments. When using SEM to observe the prepared samples, weweretaught how to take a clear pattern; in the use of EBL, we were told the key points and techniques; when building the optical path, everyone discussed the process of the analysis experiment together.
We take turns to maintain and manage equipment to ensure the safety of each experiment every day.
A good scientific research environment and a positive learning atmosphere can ensure the safety of scientific research and encourage students to love scientific research, work hard, and live up to their youth.
