In 2021, I was fortunate to have chosen Mr. Deng's subject for the graduation project. Under the guidance of Mr. Deng and the senior fellow apprentices in the research group, I have mastered many scientific research skills and life experience. That precious experience has brought me a lot of development in my life.
When I first joined the group, everything was very unfamiliar to me, who had only visited the college's laboratory once or twice in four years as an undergraduate, and had never really done research in the laboratory. I had no idea how to start. Fortunately, Mr. Deng gave me a lot of experimental guidance at that time, and also let the senior Lin Zichao in the group lead me to carry out basic experimental operations.
After the careful guidance of teachers and seniors, I gradually learned many experimental skills, and knew how to build a light path and how to debug the system. Most importantly, in the process, I learned how to think and solve problems from different perspectives, which has greatly helped my growth in life.
Under the guidance of Mr. Deng, I finally completed the experiment and got good results. Later, when writing the graduation thesis and preparing for the defense PPT, Mr. Deng also gave me a lot of suggestions and explained a lot of knowledge about the logic of the writing. In the end, my graduation project also received an "excellent" score.
During the whole period of my graduation, the teacher emphasized the importance of logic, doing everything and saying every word with logic, which is another very important gain for me.
Looking back on my one-semester time in the research group, I not only made progress in my studies, but also gained valuable experience in my life growth. I would like to thank Mr. Deng for his training and all the seniors for their help.
