研究方向主要集中在光子集成芯片、光子神经网络、量子计算和量子机器学习。


研究内容具体包含三个方面:

1. 聚焦新型光子材料与器件的开发,高效、多功能光子集成芯片的设计及其在智能传感、计算中的应用;

2. 构建新型光子神经网络模型、优化其性能和规模,探索其在自然语言处理、机器视觉等人工智能任务中的应用;

3. 开发结合量子计算与机器学习的新算法和应用,利用机器学习解决量子计算难题,或利用量子特性加速数据处理和模式识别,实现在处理大规模、复杂数据集时的性能优势、推动智能决策和预测能力的提升。
